SCA's customers are located primarily in Europe, our domestic market. In order to maintain close contact and provide the service that customers expect, we have a sales organization with locally based personnel in a number of countries.


	Our publication papers are sold to a large extent from our sales offices in eleven countries. In our largest markets, we also have locally based employees who work exclusively with technical customer service. Our experts can assist customers with difficult technical matters and help them solve problems. Our field personnel are backed up by the mills and our research organization, which can offer an enormous amount of collective expertise. Our goal is to ensure that our customers have as trouble-free an existence as possible. Our electronic timber yard provides rapid service We have sales offices for solid-wood products in the UK, the Netherlands and France. We also have sales representatives in several other markets. In a number of markets we maintain local storage facilities, enabling us to provide extra rapid service. Through SCA Timber Supply Ltd, we supply planed wood products locally in the UK.

	We also try to facilitate customer contacts with us in other ways. For sales of solid-wood products, we have developed scawoodshop.com, our electronic timber yard, where customers can use the Internet to rapidly access information about the products that are available and confirm orders. In the publication papers product area, we have also developed convenient electronic channels for business communication. By rationalizing the exchange of information in this way, we ensure that our employees have more time to devote to the issues that are important to customers.
